The accommodation comprises of an open plan living area, with comfortable seating,DVD player and cable TV offering a wide variety of channels in several languages, including Spanish and English. The fully equipped fitted kitchen comes with microwave, dishwasher, kettle , toaster coffee machine and fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine outside on the small utility terrace, which overlooks the golf course. There is a separate dining room, with seating for 4 people and a further patio set for dining outside under the shade of the pergola and awning. Sunbeds are provided to laze away the hours whilst you contemplate the short stroll to the communal pool for a cooling dip! There is a bathroom, with shower over the bath and 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The apartment offers flexible sleeping arrangements, as each bedroom has a large zipped divan which can be separated to form twin beds if desired. The rear terrace off the main bedroom also looks over the resort to the golf course. The apartment has heating and aircon which run on a card meter system. 10€ credit per week is included for each booking, and further cards are available to buy on arrival, and any unused cards are credited back on departure. All other costs are included in the rental price stated.There is an allocated parking space just in front of the apartment, and the whole complex is gated and patrolled by security guards for peace of mind. The resort has tennis courts, football pitches, café bar, and restaurant and a large supermarket now open within the commercial centre, with views overlooking the lake. The golf course is just a short walk from the apartment. Buggies, trolleys and clubs are available to hire at the pro-shop, and the open driving range and practice putting green make the ideal place to perfect those tricky shots. Condado de Alhama resort opened the first Jack Nicklaus designed course in 2010, and the new course is in great condition.The course is 6059 yards long and a par 72. There is bike hire on the resort for very reasonable rates. The apartment provides an ideal base to explore the Mazarrón area, and is located around 20 minutes from the beach . The beautiful Sierra Espuña nature reserve is a short drive away, with walking trails, quad biking , kayaking and cycleways. The bright lights of Murcia city and the retail park at Nueva Condomina are around 30 minutes drive away. A perfect base to rent for a family holiday. And if you have friends in the area, the resort is only 5 minutes drive from the large Camposol urbanisation, or 10 minutes from the Mazarrón Country Club.
