This is a very sunny property with shaded areas if required, very tranquil and in an ideal location for the two bigger towns of Moraira and Javea. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival. We also require a £125 damage deposit upon full payment, this will be refunded once a satisfactory inspection of the property has been completed and will be paid back to you within 2-4 working days.
