RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If travel is within 6 weeks of booking the full amount is required to be paid.
SECURITY BOND: £100 security bond required with the balance of the rental cost. Refunded within 10 days of your departure (subject to inspection) once the keys have been safely returned to us, and assuming no damage has been caused to the apartment.

Holiday Rental Apartments Puerto Tomas Maestre Marina
The Puerto Tomas Maestre Marina is the largest Marina in the Region of Murcia. It is located at the northern end of the La Manga Strip on the Mar Menor. From here you can hire a boat, go scuba diving, fishing etc. There is also a ferry which sails to Sandiago de la Ribera every hour and also a tour boat which sails into the Med and around the islands in the Mar Menor,
The marina is very beautiful and offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants offering many type of cuisine with its ‘café lifestyle’, bars and restaurants around the exciting Marina and flanked by many restaurants including French, Greek, Mexican and of course Spanish restaurants have contributed to the areas cosmopolitan reputationof the restaurants on your doorsteps, this is not your typical British holiday resort and the restaurants reflect this.
