If you find the exact same property advertised at a lower price ("Comparison Price") on another accommodation website lamangaholidaylettings will match the price per night subject to these Price Match Terms and Conditions.
1. Exact Same Property
1.1. The property must be at the same location, only to internet sites that have the identical holiday apartments or villas immediately available and the service is priced accurately.;
1.2. The Price Match only applies to the same dates, same number of persons and same terms of booking/stay and cancellation terms and includes any transaction fees or other costs associated with booking and paying for that property
2. Qualifying for the Price Match Guarantee
2.1. The property must be listed as Live on www.lamangaholidaylettings.co.uk or www.lamangadreams.co.uk with Availability and a Tariff displayed or price Quoted for the same dates of stay
2.2. The Price Match rate must be publically available on the comparison website and must not require us to call, email or submit any communication with that website.
2.3. The Comparison Price must not be incorporated in to a loyalty scheme, or require membership or redemption of another voucher or discount scheme not offered to the general public
2.4. You must lodge a Price Match Claim prior to Making a Reservation, and you agree under no circumstance will we be obliged to Price Match after your Reservation
2.5. You must be ready to Make a Reservation and provide payment for the property.
2.6. All Prices must be shown in GB British Pounds or Euro's and include all Taxes, Fees and Applicable Service Charges.
3. Other
3.1. lamangaholidaylettings reserves its right to modify or discontinue the Price Match without prior notice and with no liability to you.
3.2. The Price Match is void if restricted by law or prohibited.
